Processes modeler

The visual interface allows to diagram the stages of the process using graphical objects. After the configuration is completed, the system generates all the code without the need for programming.

Data management

The design of the data structure and its relationships is 100% customizable, through a graphical interface that does not require knowledge of SQL database management.
The data from processes, applications and master data are structured in an SQL database that allows data to be imported and exported from any system and to any format, without having to write a single line of code. The business rule types are: textual, assignment, calculation and inference.

UI design

UI form design allows the free placement of any field on the form with a wizard to help with order, alignment and distribution.
The editor has mechanisms to establish data input limits in the fields, for user interface design.
In addition, it allows the UI designer to create layers of content that are displayed as overlapping windows and can have a conditioned behavior.
The behavior of form elements can be conditional, visible, invisible, editable, mandatory, or optional.
Data triggers can be conditioned as mathematical calculations, business rules, values and pre-established alphanumeric parameters.
Furthermore, these forms can perform automatic calculations with the data from the fields, even combining the data from lists or tables that exist in the form.

Role based user management

AuraQuantic caters for two types of users:
Internal users or employees.
External: customers, distributors, suppliers, collaborators and citizens.
The platform includes features to manage and control user access such as onboarding and offboarding, absences, knowledge share, credentials, agendas and license allocation.
It can also be used to manage user groups, members, departments, hierarchy and task delegation options.

Business rules engine

The AuraQuantic business rules engine is in charge of executing the rules defined in the platform.
The included rules cover all necessary business scenarios, and can be combined and nested within each other.
The business rule types are: textual, assignment, calculation and inference.

Document management

AuraQuantic automatically generates documents in PDF, Word or Excel format. It uses custom templates that are populated with contextual data from the process or application in use.
These templates can include conditioned content, such as the inclusion of digital signatures, external data or document merging.

Content management

AuraQuantic allows you to create and customize a visual interface to unify business data and content.
It is possible to create a Wiki or knowledge base for platform users to access centralized and unified information.

Intranet & Extranet

The intranet is a private network system designed to facilitate collaboration and communication between people and teams, empowering users with the information they need to perform their activities. Part of the intranet must allow for unlimited employee portals for different work areas, such as sales teams, the legal department, IT or managers.
Extranet is the part of the company’s intranet that is made accessible to other companies or external organizations, with which they collaborate or have a business relationship. The most common extranet portals are for customers, distributors, citizens, suppliers, advisors and collaborators.

Integrations & connectivity

AuraQuantic’s free-to-download, pre-configured connectors make it easy for users without technical knowledge to integrate. Some examples of connectors with popular applications are Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SAP, DocuSign and Google Workspace.
AuraQuantic also enables the design of any integration with the use of .NET, SOAP and REST APIs. Additionally, there are tools and means to connect with legacy and on-premises software such as the ODBC connector and Kerberos authentication.

Process mining

The Process Mining Quantum collects data on selected processes and presents it in an interactive report within the AuraQuantic interface. This tool provides a comprehensive and detailed view of how processes are executed, helping administrators and staff to analyze tasks that require human intervention. Moreover, reports can be generated in PDF or Excel format and include the most relevant indicators.

Business intelligence & reporting

The analytics intelligence solution collects data from daily business activity to show statistics, analytics and reports which are essential for decision making.
AuraQuantic offers a wide range of report types:
– Status reports:Predesigned business intelligence reporting to show the status of processes and applications. 
– Statistics: can combine data from different applications and processes.
– Document library reports
Workload reports: to visualize how tasks are being carried out in real time to reassign as necessary.
– AuraQuantic Power BI Embedded: integrates Microsoft Power BI.

Artificial intelligence

With Artificial intelligence technology, processes and applications can analyze images and documents, understand spoken language, and make predictions using data.

Security

Security certifications

AuraQuantic is certified and complies with regulations and standards including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, HIPAA and the Spanish National Security Scheme (ENS). In addition, it periodically carries out white box and black box security audits.
AuraQuantic customers’ cloud infrastructure is hosted in data centers provided by Microsoft, world leaders in compliance and security.

Authentication

Platform authentication can be customized for internal employee users, external users, and for incoming and outgoing API connections.
Available authentication methods include:
– Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
– OAuth v2.0 (Customer credentials and authorization code)
– IIS (Internet Information Services)
– SQL authentication
– Forms
– Kerberos
– API Key
Single Sign-On can be configured through OpenID, Integrated Authentication, or SAML and ADFS.

Multi-factor authentication

Multi-factor authentication reinforces protection against credential theft or improper access.
AuraQuantic provides this protection through the AuraQuantic mobile app or through integration with other authentication providers such as Microsoft or Google.
Using Microsoft Azure as an identity provider makes is possible to configure conditional access, so that a user can only access from authorized devices or from a specific geographical area.

Data encryption

Contextual encryption
End-to-end encryption and data obfuscation depending on the user, their role and permissions. Encryption is supported from the user interface and from the database server.
Encryption in transit
Some of the tools to protect data in transit are: encryption through a VPN tunnel or encryption through HTTPS connections with TLS/SSL digital certificates.

Secure rooms

Secure rooms are virtual containers that can include any element of the platform to define their security and permissions. Permissions are assigned by the user role and security level.

Personal data protection

AuraQuantic can identify the fields that contain personal data, their level of protection and their category in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Processes automated with AuraQuantic have guaranteed compliance with this regulation, ensuring correct registration of personal data processing, alerts and the corresponding official notifications.

Work teams

AuraQuantic facilitates teamwork so that different roles such as business consultants, technical specialists and UX specialists can work simultaneously on the design and development of the same processes and applications.
In addition, it includes features to show where each component (process, user interface…) is being used, where it is in use, what modifications have been made and who is responsible for managing the application.

Application governance

Application governance features help manage the correct development of processes, applications and data structures.
The platform includes status, usage, and performance reports to automate and guarantee governance strategies.
Furthermore, the platform is compatible with all governance programs such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF and FAIR.

User activity

AuraQuantic collects detailed information on user activity throughout the platform, such as actions in a process, modifications to an application or the editing, viewing or signing of a document.
Session reports help administrators monitor platform access and scale user licenses as required.
Additionally, designers and developers can create their own custom data logs with the relevant information.

Performance

Features to measure the performance of various elements:
– Applications and forms, their components and information on designs that could be optimized.
– Platform response times.
– The user’s device, its health, bandwidth, communication between the application and the database, etc.

Access restriction

Option to set permissions to guarantee that each administrator, designer or developer only has access to the appropriate tools or settings.
Mechanisms such as encryption prevent access to certain data from the interface and from the database server.

Usage statistics

Administrators have various centralized control mechanisms to manage application availability, security, usability and integrity.
From the applications, you can access data reports on the status of your components, as well as more detailed information.

Data location

The system has its own data management, storage and location mechanisms, saving implementation time and avoiding design errors in the data structure.
The data structure logic, boundaries, and visual appearance can be customized locally, changing a single interface, or generally, for changes to affect multiple processes and applications.
The data field usage locators show the processes and applications that will be affected by a general change, showing the exact scope of the data structure modifications.
